tapestry of emotions
The material is my vocabulary, and the form is my vehicle to deliver my emotions. My work is a self-portrait, I am in the work, and the work is in me.
This body of work explores the boundaries of function, and the relationship between object and viewer. Finding balance between the utility and the visual intrigue; objects to present food, offer conversation, invite touch, and enrich space; rooted in historical communal wear, inspired by object humanity and sensitive functionality.
